Nayaka is a dynamic and rapidly growing cybersecurity reseller / distributor dedicated to identifying and promoting innovative cybersecurity solutions. We specialise in supporting pre-seed and seed startups in end-to-end sales in the cybersecurity sector, helping them to achieve growth.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for a trustworthy sales professional looking to make a jump from an SDR / BDR role to an end-to-end Channel development position, eager to work in a startup environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, building and nurturing relationships in the UK and DACH region with MSSP (Managed Security Service Partner) and Reseller ("Partners") and ultimately driving sales growth for Nayaka's distribution division, Kombat (kombat.ventures).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new partnerships with MSSPs and Resellers ("Partners") within the cybersecurity industry, focusing on a specific partner solution for Mid-Market and Enterprise organisations.
  • Support Partners with the entire sales cycle, including lead generation and demo presentation.
  • Support Partner growth through training and opportunity management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with our "Core Startups" to understand their products and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential Partners and their clients and prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • German speaking (fluent or native).
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
  • Good written English
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends and challenges faced by SMBs and enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle from plan to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools, in particular in building and maintaining sales sequences.
