South West London

9am - 5:30pm

Office Based

£35,000 - Commission to be earned on sales as well.

A beauty company based in South West London are looking for an organised and experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team.

This role comes with a large database of clients so the ability to prioritise and develop innovative ways to cover all clients and meet their needs is crucial. From key accounts to those that have not yet been fully developed, the client is looking for a committed person to join their team to increase the number of active clients, their average order value, and increase the number of products that they are using.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Offering clients a really high levels of customer service and develop strong relationships
  • The role will demand both telephone contact and face-to-face meetings
  • Cold calling and business development
  • Updating the company’s CRM system
  • Establishing new business
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Sales Executive Specification:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Must have sales experience
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding time and work load management
  • The ability to work to conflicting deadlines in a high paced work environment
