Role Overview:

Ultimately, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales subscriptions, dinners, hackathons, and networking events while building long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries.

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in generating revenue by selling event access packages, securing repeat business, and identifying new opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  • Proactively sell delegate passes to conferences plus other products including Hackathons / Digital Subscriptions and networking Dinners to new and existing clients by cold calling and email.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for subscription inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Market Research and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline.

Communication and Negotiation:

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of events and subscription packages to potential clients.
  • Handle objections effectively and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Reporting and Feedback:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product and event development.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Experience:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, media, or subscriptions.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A minimum of one year's b2b sales experience is preferred

Exceptional Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences by phone.
  • Results-Oriented:
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team objectives.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Skilled at building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
