As Sales Manager, you'll take on a pivotal role in growing and managing farm accounts. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll:
- Build relationships with farmers, demonstrating the platform's value
- Overcome challenges, such as establishing trust with a cautious audience, by showcasing tangible benefits.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to drive client engagement and expand the user base.
- Manage and mentor two Sales Executives, supporting their professional growth.
- Attend farming events and conferences to connect with the agricultural community.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have solid B2B sales experience, ideally in account management or new business acquisition.
- Bring knowledge of agriculture or experience selling technology to traditional industries.

- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, with a desire to drive results and innovate.
