This independent estate agency is seeking a motivated individual to lead their successful sales team. With an office set to achieve it's target this year, this role is ideal for someone looking to step up from Assistant Manager or for an experienced Sales Manager seeking a new challenge.   • Basic Salary: £30k (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Guaranteed Earnings: First 3-4 months
  • OTE: £80k+
  • Car or Car Allowance
  • Commission: Tiered, with flexibility
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays maximum
Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, driving them to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Mentoring and developing team members, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and trained to deliver high performance.
  • Taking ownership of the sales pipeline, from prospecting and securing new listings to overseeing negotiations and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Managing high-value property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Working closely with senior management to set sales strategies and identify opportunities to grow the business.
  • Contributing to the continued success of the Clapham office by ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar sales leadership role, or an Assistant Manager ready to step up.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to drive results and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market, ideally within South London.
  • Full UK driving licence.
