- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays maximum
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, driving them to achieve and exceed targets.
- Mentoring and developing team members, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and trained to deliver high performance.
- Taking ownership of the sales pipeline, from prospecting and securing new listings to overseeing negotiations and closing deals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Managing high-value property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Working closely with senior management to set sales strategies and identify opportunities to grow the business.
- Contributing to the continued success of the Clapham office by ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Experience in a similar sales leadership role, or an Assistant Manager ready to step up.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to drive results and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the property market, ideally within South London.
- Full UK driving licence.
