As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury events market.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Profile
The successful Sales Manager candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury events or hospitality industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the luxury market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Job Offer
Basic Salary of £50-70k + 5% of sales (uncapped)
