Our client based in Buckinghamshire, are a global engineering company that are world leaders in their field. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland and Denmark, reporting directly to Sales Director for the EMEA region.

You will be playing a critical role in driving the company success across the UK, Ireland and Denmark region, through the development of robust sales strategies and the sound leadership of 4 Field Sales Engineers and office based sales personnel, to exceed sales targets.

For this role we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager who can demonstrate both a hands on approach as well a demonstrable record of successful sales leadership within a technical sales environment. In addition, you will need the following;

  • Extensive experience in a technical sales role of capital equipment eg. Automation, Testing equipment, Special purpose machinery.
  • High value, low volume sales (up to £100k per unit)
  • Proven track record in delivering value-driven solutions to customers.
  • Excellent Leadership, managerial and motivation skills
  • Experience of managing people remotely
