As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the London New Homes Sales Team and London Sales Processing Team, driving national sales service and ensuring annual goals are met. Additionally, you'll play a key role in contributing to the development of new products focused on low-cost home ownership and intermediate tenures.About youThis is a pivotal role within Riverside so we are looking for someone who has experience of successfully leading, managing, and motivating teams at a senior level including managing team performance to achieve targets.
