What's involved?

As Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind the revenue generation, development and implementation strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability of the property. You will build and nurture relationships with key clients, group accounts and travel agencies, whilst ensuring the property is the preferred choice for the discerning guest. Other key responsibilities will include preparation of regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management and fostering a high-performing sales culture within the team.

As a successful Sales Manager, you will have prior experience of 3 years in the luxury hospitality industry sales, preferably in serviced apartments or high-end hotels. Have excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, whilst have proficiency in Opera and sales analytic tools. Also, a degree in hospitality management, business or a related field is desired.
