Sales Manager

Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager for a nine month contract to join a market leading Estate Agency brand in Crouch End. This position is a temporary contract due to maternity cover. This rare opportunity would suit an individual with previous experience of working in the local area as a Sales Manager and who would like to run a successful office and work with a successful brand in Crouch End.Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct property viewings and market appraisals.
• Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Manage a team of four negotiators.
• Maintain and grow market share in the local area.

Requirements as a Sales Manager:

• Minimum proven track record of at least 3 years as a Sales Manager in Estate Agency. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to hit monthly targets.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Previous track record of managing a team.
