Are you a proven Sales Manager working in Mayfair? This is an opportunity to take the helm of one on the UK biggest property companies and lead the charge of one of the best-located offices in Mayfair. As Head of Office / Sales Manager you will work alongside a team of some of the most influential and forward thinking people. The firm has incredibly ambitious plans to grow the UK residential agency business and have asked us to bring them ambitious integral professionals to join them. What the Sales Manager job involves:

  • Growing and maintaining market share in Mayfair, and the surrounding areas.
  • Identifying business opportunities and maintaining relations with investors, developers, vendors, and buyers.
  • Finding and identifying suitable buyers and vendors for office instructions.
  • Running office-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Building your professional network within the local marketplacea.
  • Managing the marketing of properties, through all suitable channels.
  • Coordinating and managing the sales process.
  • Team recruitment.
  • Team management.

To apply you need to be/have:

  • Experience of working within Prime Central London, ideally in Mayfair.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • The ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential.
  • The ability to learn to accurately value properties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications.
  • A high degree of integrity and someone who has a valued reputation within the marketplace.
