New Business Sales Manager – Events

Salary: 42,000+ Coms

Location: North London

I am excited to be working with a great Leisure venue that prides itself on offering premium on-site entertainment across multiple event spaces. You will be responsible for maximising sales across a variety of events ranging from sporting events, exhibitions, visitor attractions, private events and conferences. I am looking to speak to experienced and dynamic New Business Sales Managers with a minimum of three years in cultivating new corporate and event agency accounts. Your primary goal is to drive commercial growth by engaging new B2B audiences, with a focus on corporate and agency event buyers.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you'll set goals, develop business growth plans, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue by selling events within the venue's portfolio.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, while expanding the corporate and agency database.
  • Cultivate new B2B relationships in corporate and agency event sectors.
  • Create compelling proposals, manage client interactions, and close sales.
  • Innovate and suggest new ways to engage corporate clients and agencies.
  • Represent the brand at offsite meetings, showcases, and events to drive sales.
  • Organize and host bi-monthly fam trips or events to showcase the venue.
  • Collaborate on product development and identify new event opportunities.
