Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive sales department and ensure targets and objectives are met.

- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Engage in selling both new and used cars, using your expertise to close deals and enhance the customer experience.
