Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join one of our independent Estate Agency brands in Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith. Our client has built a strong reputation and market share in the local area. The ideal candidate for this position will have a previous track record as a Sales Manager in Estate Agency.Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Manage team members to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct property valuations.
- Maintain and build market share in the area.
Requirements of the Sales Manager:
- Minimum proven track record of at least 2 years as a Sales Manager.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to hit monthly targets.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Previous experience managing a team.
The Sales Manager's package:
- Basic salary of £40,000 and an OTE £80,000+ in year 1.
- Car allowance.
- Personal commission structure and scaling office commission.
