Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance and results in one of London’s most prestigious areas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize property instructions and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee property valuations, client presentations, and contract negotiations to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally with some managerial experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of the London property market, particularly in the Notting Hill area.
