The Role of the Sales Manager:

  • Responsible for managing a team of 6 Account Executives
  • Manage and coach the teams forecasting to have a complete, realistic view of pipeline
  • Provide clarify on individual roles, sector, clients and expectations
  • Develop the team through training, coaching and mentoring
  • Adopt a collaborative in your planning, decision making and problem solving to ensure a unified team approach
  • Follow sales methodologies internally such as Challenger

The Candidate for the Sales Manager:

  • A technology or software sales is essential for the role
  • A professional approach to business development and a successful track record
  • Commercially confident and able to successful forecast a sales team's pipeline
  • Good understanding of prospecting tools and CRM technology as a fundamental part of the sales role
  • Display fantastic energy and persistence
  • Experience leading a successful Account Executive team

The Package for the Sales Manager:
60-70k Basic Salary, plus up to 20k uncapped OTE
