Sales Manager – Global Events

Our client is a leading company in the gaming and entertainment industry. They don't recruit often because the commission earned by Sales Managers is so high which makes this a rare opportunity. The OTE will be well into six figures.

An innovative leader in the gaming and entertainment industry, our client unites professionals from the casino, sports betting, marketing, and fintech sectors in iconic destinations such as Lisbon, Florida, Rio de Janeiro, London, Toronto, Las Vegas, Barcelona, Malta, and Tbilisi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell event sponsorships and exhibition spaces across a diverse event portfolio, including conferences, trade shows, and awards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored event solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and innovative ideas to contribute to the company's growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services that exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management. If it's not event sponsorship sales experience then sales experience of SaaS / or 'Tech' would also be of interest.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with industry executives.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Knowledge of the sports betting or gaming landscape is a plus.
  • Fluency in additional languages, especially Portuguese or Spanish, is advantageous.
