• Recent managerial experience within residential estate agency• Educated to degree level• Natural leadership skills• Ability to motivate and develop a team• Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel• Proactive• Impeccable presentation is essential• Articulate.
The package for this role will include an attractive basic salary of £50,000, plus on target earnings enabling you to earn £100,000 to £120,000. A substantial guarantee will be offered. The company also offer private medical insurance after the probation period as well as other benefits, including massage therapy and an expense card.
