Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our cloud-based workforce management software. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HR and People sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing B2B deals.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR, workforce planning, and business operations.

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal execution.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic sales with a focus on B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or cloud-based software.

  • Strong ability to engage and influence HR professionals and business leaders.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience selling workforce management or HR software.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technology and its benefits for HR operations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic sales environment.
