Overview:We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our property sales team in Tottenham, London. The ideal candidate will have a background in property sales, with experience in valuations, and a passion for managing and motivating teams. This role offers a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £50,000 to £65,000, making it a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Property Valuations: Conduct valuations on residential properties, providing clients with accurate pricing advice and market insights.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and meet performance targets.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, offering professional guidance throughout the sales process and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Negotiation: Oversee negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring successful sales and smooth transactions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and driving new instructions.
  • Sales Progression: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, working closely with solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure timely completions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team and individual performance, providing coaching, feedback, and training as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up to date with local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales, ideally with exposure to valuations.
