What You’ll Be Doing

You will be managing a small team of existing client service consultants that are helping to launch a new service offering for the business. This team is responsible for speaking to existing and new clients about their needs and helping to provide additional services outside of their mortgage requirements.

You will be working closely with the team to help set objectives, manage their day to day efforts, helping them fine tune their sales calls and working to maximise their success through training and development.

As an integral part of the business you will be part of the senior leadership team and help to provide updates on your team and department, and work closely with them to achieve shared company objectives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for positive, motivated characters that have a passion for managing teams and helping others to succeed and fulfil their potential.

More specifically we’re looking for experience in:

- Managing telephone based sales / customer service teams

- Working with targets / KPI’s / objective setting

- Managing individual performance, helping to motivate and energise

- Working with senior stakeholders as part of a leadership team

- Experience within the mortgage and / or protection industry would be ideal but not necessary
