Sales Manager - Chelsea Bridge

Salary - 拢35,000 - 拢40,000, OTE 拢80,000 - 拢90,000 (uncapped)

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Our client based in Chelsea is seeking a strong all rounded Sales Manager to join their busy team.Providing support to a team of 4/5 Negotiators you will be responsible for driving the sales department forward, experience managing a team is preferred, but not essential. They will also consider a Senior Sales Negotiator with ambition and determination to develop their skills to become a sales Manager.

The role:

路Generate market appraisals, developing new business路Converting appraisals into sales instructions路Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner路Generate and accompany viewing and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers路Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases路Marketing of properties路Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department

Required Skills:

路Experience working as a Sales Valuer路Excellent customer service skills路You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers路Proven track record in closing deals路An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition路Full clean driving licence and own car
