One of London's leading catering distributors to the hospitality industry, my client supplies a range catering equipment including glassware and tableware to businesses across London and the UK. With a reputation for first class service and superior product range, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Sales Manager:My client is looking to appoint a new sales Manager to help drive their business and help in the expansion of their sales team.
This person will be responsible for external sales development as well as the management of existing accounts. Predominantly operating withing the London market there is a range of loyal customers in the Independent Bar, Pub, Restaurant and Hotel sector.
This person will have the capability to not only act as the senior salesperson within the business but once established, have the ambition to build and manage a small team of salespeople.
To apply you will need to have had sales experience within the catering supplies, foodservice or drinks sector.
The Candidate Will Be Tasked With:
- Building strong, lasting relationships with key clients and prospects by acting as a trusted advisor. Gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges to propose solutions that deliver value and create a positive customer experience.
- Build and manage a sales team to assist in achieving and exceeding company goals.
- Setting sales targets and margins
- Inspire confidence that they are the ideal partner, both now and for future endeavors.
- Be proactive. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop valuable partnerships.
- Present sales reports with realistic forecasts to management
- Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and teamwork
- On offer for the right person is a competitive salary and package as well as a clear path to management and potentially directorship.
Package:
- Basic salary - £45,000 - £55,000
- OTE - £10,000
- Travel Expenses and Allowance
