Branch Manager Shepherd’s Bush, W6 Basic up to £40K - OTE £110K A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to take the helm of a thriving estate agency office in Shepherd’s Bush. This is a high-energy, high-performing branch in a prime location, and we need a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, win new instructions, and inspire a successful team. The Role:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and lettings team
- Drive business growth by securing new instructions and building strong client relationships
- Manage the end-to-end sales and lettings process, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service
- Set and monitor targets, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding results
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunities
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or a Senior Negotiator/Valuer ready to take the next step
- A strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to get the best out of a team
- A confident, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Knowledge of the Shepherd’s Bush market would be an advantage
