Vacancy: SALES MANAGER– Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £75k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An experienced Sales Manager (Estate Agent) is sought for this highly successful award winning Estate Agency in Wimbledon Village.

They are looking for a proactive, personable Sales Manager with an excellent track record in the industry and the ability to help to grow and develop the business.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.
We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, dynamic and naturally good with people.
You must have the ability to be persuasive and a great negotiator and having instruction winning and listing skills would be a distinct advantage.
Local knowledge would be helpful.
The Company: Our client is an established independent Sales and Lettings agency, with highly successful offices across the South West London area.
Skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator
- A sales / customer service background
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Valuing and Listing experience
- Knowledge of Wimbledon and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
