Handle Recruitment are on the lookout for a driven and creative Sales Manager to join our client's immersive entertainment company.

Our client is London's premier immersive open-world adventure, inviting guests into a sprawling, meticulously designed steampunk-inspired town filled with intrigue, mysteries, and dynamic storylines. With a loyal fanbase and a constantly evolving experience, our client is looking for a sales manager to help them expand their reach and solidify their position as the must-see attraction in London.

They are on the lookout for someone who has strong B2B experience and is able to tackle the corporate market.

Salary: £50,000 based on experience

Location: South East London

Hybrid, 1-2 days in office

You'll be a sharp, driven sales professional with experience in the entertainment and ticketed experiences sector. Ideally, you will have a black book of sales contacts ready to go, spanning everything from group bookings to corporate partnerships.

Your role will be instrumental in expanding our client's presence across London and beyond, by creating strategic partnerships and maximising revenue growth.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager role:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Drive business growth by crafting and implementing strategies for new and existing markets, with a particular focus on corporate, group sales, and special event opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, ticketing partners, and key stakeholders to enhance revenue streams.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Guide, motivate, and mentor events team to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
  • Identify Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position our client as a leader in the immersive entertainment space.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, tracking KPIs and suggesting areas for improvement.

Role Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the entertainment, live events, or ticketing sectors.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive presentations and negotiations.
  • Network-Ready: A ready-to-go network of industry contacts is highly preferred.
  • Proactive and Results-Driven: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to exceeding targets.
