Are you a German speaking Sales Manager with experience in SaaS Sales, looking for a role with lucrative earning potential and uncapped commission, in a fast growing company SaaS / Additive Manufacturing company with excellent progression opportunities?

This company who have offices globally, have seen rapid growth since their establishment in 2014. Having recently expanded into new markets, they are looking to double their Business Development team with multiple Sales Managers who can drive growth.

This company provide software products and solutions to a range of industries including Automotive, Aerospace, and Consumer Goods, specializing in software that optimizes production.

In this varied role you will be largely office based, as you generate sales opportunities through cold calls, sell to international markets (primarily the German market), sign on new clients and bring deals in, all the while boosting your earning potential with an uncapped commission structure.

This role would suit a German speaking Sales Manager, with a strong sales background and SaaS experience looking to join a fast growing company where they will have excellent earning potential.

The Role:

• Hybrid working (4 days in office / 1 day from home)
• Generate sales opportunities through cold calling in a fast paced environment.
• Create lasting relationships with clients.
• Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential.

The Person:

• Sales Manager experience.
• Experience in SaaS / Software Sales or similar.
• Comfortable making cold calls.
• Fluent in German within a professional setting.
