Our client is hiring for a best-in-class Sales Manager / SDR Manager to scale the current sales function and contribute to the continued success of the organization . The Role

You will be required to create a small high performing sales team that is targeted on increasing our client's partnership network. You will be someone with the gravitas to be persuasive and credible to senior figures in the property market, explaining the relevance of residential conveyancing services to their strategic goals.

You will be a self-starter with demonstrable experience in creating high performing sales teams around yourself, and a motivator that can deliver best in industry performance. You should be able to lead by example from the front of the pack as an individual contributor. As a manager, you will confidently provide sales leadership, setting strategy, tracking performance and ensuring our clients' continued success.

You will

  • Create and drive a new business function
  • Identify key players within target accounts to reach out to through a variety of touch points cold call, email, social media, etc
  • Focus on creating and implementing strategies around top of funnel sales
  • Drive and maintain your own sales leads
  • Manage internal relationships to drive account management / increased client spend
  • Set the strategic direction of your team
  • Set and monitor incentives
  • Create and drive a high performance culture
  • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding team performance
  • Maintain a high level of CRM management
  • Hire, onboard, train and manage new sales talent

You have

  • 5 years' experience in creating and managing high performing sales teams
  • Ideal experience working with leading residential estate agencies
  • Strategic and structured thinker
  • Data-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance improvement
  • Proven track record of B2B sales success
  • A track record of achieving sales success in a sales management
