- Analysis of YTD sales alongside the five-year plan to support focused and strategic growth of the FIP business
- Through regular meetings with management and global trading teams support in identifying and linking objective and key results for global alignment and strategic focus
- Preparation of presentation material for management meetings
- Regularly liaising with product leads to identify challenges and support in the development of growth strategies
- Liaising with clients, developing relationships, and delivering marketing presentations
- Development of product knowledge in order to generate ideas for marketing and revenue growth
- Understanding and mapping of personnel requirements for the business – identifying gaps to ensure product and geographical coverage
- To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals
- To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role
- Experienced within a simlaur position providing strategic business development and operational responsibilitiesÂ
- Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving
