You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, boutique team, ensuring smooth transactions and outstanding client experiences.Key Responsibilities:? Provide top-tier administrative support to Sales Directors across three offices (based from one location).? Manage sales documentation, contracts & compliance, including AML checks.? Liaise with vendors, buyers & key stakeholders.? Oversee property listings, valuation packs & marketing materials.? Update the company website & property portals.? Coordinate diaries, book meetings & register applicants.? Front-of-house duties: meet & greet clients, answer calls, and be the first point of contact.Ideal Skills & Attributes: ?
