Our client is a well-established player in the home renovations category, boasting consistent success and a growing work force. They are renowned for their sophisticated, luxury designs and commitment to offer innovative solutions to high-end properties.

Description

  • Coach and lead the sales team, acting as a mentor for all
  • Delegate tasks, set goals and the deadlines for when they need to be achieved
  • Produce sales and performance reports, presenting them to the sales team
  • Report into senior management with regular performance updates
  • Drive business and build customer relationships by chasing warm, inbound leads
  • Present and sell products/services to prospective customers, understanding their needs and negotiating on terms
  • Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on client specifications
  • Assess technical drawings, being able to identify home solutions and project time frames
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on performance results
  • Tour customers around the showroom
  • MUST be in the office 5 days a week, including 1 Saturday per month for a half day

Profile

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the Manufacturing / Real Estate sector
  • Prior experience in a management based position, leading and coaching others
  • A proactive and energetic approach, repeatedly driving sales and meeting customer demands
  • Confident telephone speaker, constantly speaking with prospective customers and clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation qualities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Competent with a computer and Word packages
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus
  • Technical experience or the ability to produce technical drawings is desirable, but this can be learned
