Our client is a world leading FTSE 100 business, powering businesses across the globe with insights that drive success. They’re now seeking a dynamic Salesforce Project Manager to join their Technology team in London on a 9-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).

Your Role for Salesforce Project Manager (Salesforce Sales Cloud):

You’ll drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of development projects across Salesforce, Marketo, and FinancialForce, ensuring they’re on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities for Salesforce Project Manager (Salesforce Sales Cloud):

  • Plan & Prepare: Define project scope, deliverables, and create robust plans with effective tracking tools.
  • Deliver Excellence: Lead cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Track & Evaluate: Monitor budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure project documentation is top-notch.
  • Learn & Improve: Conduct post-project evaluations to highlight successes and areas for growth.

Your Skills & Experience for Salesforce Project Manager (Salesforce Sales Cloud):

  • Proven success managing CRM tech projects, especially with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, and project planning platforms.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of sales & marketing processes (Lead to Cash) and marketing tools like Marketo is a plus.
  • Must have some knowledge and experience of working with CRM, ERP and BI SaaS platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, risk analysis, and change management skills.
