Key responsibilities
- Salesforce RLM configuration:Setting up and customizing Salesforce RLM features like pricing rules, product catalogues, contract templates, and approval workflows to match the company's specific revenue model.
- Quote generation and management:Creating accurate and timely quotes for customers, including complex pricing structures, discounts, and product bundles, using Salesforce CPQ functionality.
- Order processing and fulfilment: Streamlining the order entry process, including order validation, and coordinating with fulfilment teams to deliver products or services.
- Revenue recognition:Implementing proper revenue recognition rules based on accounting standards to accurately track and report revenue.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, particularly the Revenue Cloud (RLM) features
- Expertise in contract management, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition principles
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimisation
