Senior BDM - Business Services & Disputes (12-Month FTC)We're working with a well-regarded independent law firm, who are currently looking for a Senior BD Manager to come and and join their exciting business services and disputes team, on a 12-month contract basis.As a prestigious and ever-growing Top 100 law firm, you'll be in an excellent position to succeed, grow, and develop your career. The firm themselves stand out in the market at having an excellent culture built on collaboration and support - This is a chance to be part of a fantastic team.The RoleYou'll be joining the firm to work within the business services and disputes groups, in order to develop and drive BD&M plans and campaignsYour responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Leading BD & Marketing for Disputes and Business Services, advising stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Partners to create and execute strategic BD & Marketing plans.
  • Developing strategies aligned with practice and Firm goals, driving growth.
  • Leading new product development, defining benefits, and market routes.
  • Acting as a conduit, helping Partners leverage business strengths.
  • Managing and reporting on practice group budgets.
  • Assisting Partners with personal BD & Marketing plans.
  • Identifying key issues and marketing approaches with stakeholders.
  • Leading pitch opportunities, including decision-making and coaching.
  • Managing the opportunity pipeline.
  • Identifying and delivering PR opportunities.
  • Leading and mentoring the BD team.
