The role:
- We are looking for a SeniorBrand Experience Manager to lead the way in bringing the well-loved brand to consumers.
- This unique opportunity to join the Brand Experience function, orchestrating end-to-end consumer-focused communications.
- You will collaborate closely with the wider UK Brand Team - stakeholder management is crucial.
- The core purpose is to champion the brand internally, developing and delivering enduring and impactful creative that resonates with consumers, driving distinctive and memorable cross-channel campaigns with a strong commercial focus on KPIs, reporting, and optimisations.
- You will be part of a talented team to deliver an orchestrated consumer journey and provide vision on marketing through a communication experience lens. Drive remarkable ideas through across proven levers, while pushing to test and explore for the future.
- The Senior Brand Experience Manager will have line management responsibility of 1 direct report.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience wise, we’d expect c6 years experience within brand management - must be within FMCG.
- Will be operating at Senior Marketing level and able to evidence a strategic, consumer first mindset.
- Will be confident delivering consumer strategy, with a focus on marketing communications (including full responsibility of media planning).
- Will be experienced in 360 campaign management (across multiple touchpoints) and will be able to evidence experience in marketing mix modelling.
- Will have managed sizeable marketing budgets.
- Track record of executional brilliance, orientated around the Consumer sectors.
- The successful individual will understands insights and can translate that into brand building work.
- This individual should have a deep understanding of trends and culture, with a curiosity about the evolving media landscape and the best approaches to navigate it. Ideally, they should also have a love for food and the connections it fosters with family and friends.
- Maintain a consumer-first mindset, continuously learning about consumers, their behaviors, consumption patterns, and emerging cultural trends.
