Senior Business Development Manager (Advertising & Media)

Location: Remote/HybridSalary: £55,000 - £75,000 + Commission

Are you a resilient and driven Business Development Manager with experience in the advertising and media space? Do you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building teams, and meeting targeted KPIs? We're seeking a talented BDM to join our high-growth team and take ownership of business development across key sectors like L'Oréal, and Google.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead outreach and sales efforts, managing a pipeline through Pipedrive and Sales Navigator.
  • Drive new business development, building relationships with C-Level executives and solution providers.
  • Consistently hit revenue targets monthly.
  • Conduct outreach calls and deliver pitches weekly.
  • Close deals with contracts ranging with varies packages on offer.
  • Collaborate with data team for updated insights and leads.
  • Help build and mentor a high-performing team, fitting into their fast paced, and growth-oriented culture.
Key Requirements:
  • A seasoned BDM with 5+ years of experience in the advertising or media realm.
  • Skilled at driving business from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on sponsorship round table sales.
  • Proven success with KPIs, revenue generation, and developing client relationships.
  • Comfortable handling pressure and leading teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive, Apollo, Dripify) and data tools (Lusha, Apollo) to manage outreach.
  • A history of self-driven outreach using Sales Navigator.
  • Long term tenure is a MUST
  • Experience working with global brands is a plus.
