The Role

  • Lead and Innovate: Spearhead the business development strategy for specialist groups including Tax, Employment, Technology Commercial, Funds, Real Estate, DSP, Operational Risk & Environment, and Pensions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a vibrant team of 2 Managers, 2 Senior Executives, and an Executive, fostering a proactive and collaborative environment.
  • Strategic Impact: Work closely with partners and key stakeholders to craft and execute business plans that align with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Client Focus: Drive new client programmes and key initiatives, collaborating with the new Head of Client Relationships and Solutions.
  • Marketing Excellence: Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative business development and marketing plans, including thought leadership, events, and corporate hospitality.
  • Budget Management: Handle business development budgets and track ROI to ensure maximum impact.
