Job Title: Senior Manager, Global Business Development

Job Description: My client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager to help lead their global Business Development efforts. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing their capability to secure international business through strategic market engagement and robust collaboration with senior stakeholders globally. The role reports to the Director of Commercial and International Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate cross-border collaboration and integration of new services (like ESG and Outsourcing) and help to launch and build these services internally.
  • Use data analysis to identify the highest value, profitable sub-services in priority markets and global service lines to better focus the global go-to-market strategy.
  • Work with key communities within the network to develop processes and methods of opportunity development across existing clients.
  • Develop and test pilot projects around client listening and priority client programs with the intention of developing these into formal programs in the future.
  • Define client personas and the required initiatives to support development of work from these segments globally and regionally.
  • Engage with international business leaders across the network to align efforts and enhance service delivery.
  • Enhance connectivity and guide key stakeholders through the development and execution of priority projects.
  • Enhance the quality and volume of data input and visualization for key internal reporting systems.
  • Explore and develop CRM systems aligned to key service areas and Global Office Proposal support.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in business development, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a professional services firm, ideally in legal or accountancy firms.
  • Experience in developing a client development program.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and strategic market engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
