- Location: Remote-based, with occasional travel (all mileage covered)
- Salary: £55,000 + OTE
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large levy employers in key service sectors, including Hospitality, Retail, Care, Business Services, and Childcare.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients.
- Plan, organise, and manage prospect meetings with key stakeholders to understand client needs and establish relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
- Revenue and Growth Targets:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in line with the sales strategy.
- Support the new business target set for April 2025.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate five qualified leads per month in the targeted service sectors.
- Achieve a lead-to-client conversion rate of 80%.
- Tender and Proposal Success:
- Maintain a proposal success rate of [Insert Percentage]% for all submitted tenders.

- Pipeline Management:
