The position is for a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) based in London with a hybrid work option.
The salary is approximately £100,000 base with £130,000 OTE, plus company stock options of £7,500.
The role involves managing longer sales cycles in a solution-led, high-value SAAS sales environment, primarily targeting the fin-tech and international payments sectors.
Candidates should have substantial new business development experience, ideally with a background in selling high-value SAAS platforms and managing teams.
This opportunity also includes mentoring junior team members and reporting directly to C-level executives.

They have relationships with banks in over 150 countries and have secured partnerships with over 60% of Lloyds of London. Their innovative payments software enables insurance companies in the UK to effectively make smart, safe and secure international payments to their customers, minimising the risk of high foreign exchange rate exposure. The software is FCA approved, and has a strong foothold within the insurance market, by becoming one of the "go-to" platforms within this industry. They have a fantastic new opportunity for a senior BDM/sales director. A quota carrying managerial role where predominantly you will be managing longer sales cycles, in a solution lead hunter sales role, and closing on high value SAAS agreements. This is a real hunters opportunity with the ability to mentor junior members of the team. You will be the driving force behind all sales for the business, reporting directly to C-level and reporting/managing down into a small SDR and BDM team, leading from the front and inspiring the vibrant, energetic and driven team around you.
