Salary per annum - up to £110K plus commission - hybrid working - central London HQ
Our client, a high-growth management consultancy specializing in ESG and sustainability reporting, is looking for a new business-focused account development specialist to expand their presence in the Private Equity sector.
With ESG now a priority for investors, they are well-positioned to support Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies in integrating ESG at every stage of the investment cycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling ESG consultancy solutions to mid-market Private Equity firms, working closely with Investment Directors, Portfolio Managers, and ESG specialists to deliver tailored strategies. From ESG due diligence to post-investment value creation, you’ll help clients meet increasing regulatory and stakeholder expectations. Success will be measured by new business wins, client expansion, and revenue growth within key accounts.
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a track record of selling consultancy or professional services into Private Equity. You’ll have experience building relationships with senior decision-makers, navigating complex sales cycles, and identifying opportunities to expand consulting engagements. ESG or GRC knowledge is beneficial but not essential—your ability to engage the right stakeholders and drive new revenue is the key requirement.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary (up to £110K) with a 50% bonus, private medical insurance, pension, and life assurance, along with hybrid working (3 days in London or Surrey office).
