We're searching for an experienced and proactive Senior MBD Manager to partner closely with senior stakeholders and shape the future of the IM&F group internationally. With over 350 lawyers globally, this is a rare opportunity to lead from the front in a business-critical, high-growth area.

What you'll be doing:

Acting as the trusted MBD advisor to the Sector Head, translating vision into actionable plans

Driving strategic campaigns, key account growth, and sector-wide client targeting

Shaping and executing high-value pursuits across jurisdictions

Building and enhancing the IM&F profile - both internally and in market

Developing smart BD processes, content strategies, and ROI-led initiatives

Coaching talent, embedding laterals, and supporting new partner development

Collaborating with colleagues across practice groups and global locations

Championing digital tools, marketing systems and a data-driven BD approach
What we're looking for:?? A senior-level BD/marketing leader from legal or professional services?? Confident partnering with high-level stakeholders in a matrix structure?? A strategic thinker with exceptional project and team management skills?? A collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, global environments?? Ideally, some exposure to the investment management & funds space (or a strong willingness to learn)
