The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind the execution of brand and digital marketing campaigns in the EMEA region, collaborating closely with local marketing, digital, field, and media agency teams. From strategic thinking to hands-on execution, you'll play a key role in elevating brand presence and ensuring campaigns land with impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring regional campaigns to life, aligning with global brand strategy
  • Partner with media and creative agencies to set up and deliver impactful campaigns
  • Own and manage campaign timelines, project plans, trafficking, and UTMs
  • Tailor marketing tactics to diverse countries at different stages of market maturity
  • Use insight, data, and creativity to reach target audiences and key personas
  • Act as the connective tissue between regional teams, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous campaign optimisation and elevate processes
  • Identify opportunities and act fast on emerging trends and insights

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of campaign or digital marketing experience (B2B a plus)
  • Proven success managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong collaboration skills - you work well across functions and geographies
  • Experience with campaign set-up, UTMs, and liaising with media agencies
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign/content management systems (bonus!)
  • A curious mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to confidently shift between big-picture thinking and tactical delivery
