This Senior Client Development Executive opportunities sits within an international innovative law firm. You will play a pivotal role in driving the profitable growth of the firms largest and most complex clients, as you support the Insurance Key Account Programme . You will also work with Key Account teams to implement structured processes, embed best practices, and ensure consistency across all relationship activities.

Within this Senior Client Development Executive opportunity, you will provide strategic guidance to Client Relationship Partners (CRPs) and other stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and growth plans. Furthermore, you will implement and oversee client development initiatives, driving increased engagement and satisfaction as well as challenge partners on the delivery of short-term objectives and drive progress towards the long-term client vision. you will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs to drive strategic decision-making and foster strong internal and external communication channels to increase awareness of Key Account Program activity and encourage collaboration.

The successful candidate for this role will have proven client relationship or business development exposure within the insurance or legal sector.
