Senior Client Relationship Manager (12-month FTC)

We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Client Relationship Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be working across private equity and financial institutions. The main focus of this role is client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Global Strategic Clients.
  • Develop and implement global client plans, ensuring timely follow-up on objectives.
  • Monitor relationship mapping and maintain regular dialogue with key contacts.
  • Prepare financial and non-financial reports and analyse data for actionable insights.
  • Drive proactive lead generation and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage strategic pitches, proposals, and pricing agreements.
  • Conduct client feedback reviews and ensure timely action on feedback.
  • Research and analyse client businesses and market sectors for revenue opportunities.
  • Organise and coordinate client events in collaboration with the Events and Inclusion Team.
  • Share best practices and support strategic projects within the Global Strategic Client Programme.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in client development or business development within professional services.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and market research.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a client-focused mindset.
