A leading accountancy firm is looking for a dynamic and proactive Clients & Markets Senior Manager to join their team in London. This role involves driving business development activities, managing a high-performing team, and enhancing profitability through strategic initiatives and event management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Drive business development aligned with the firm's strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, prospects, and partners.
- Lead generation and attending local and sector events.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process.
- Oversee a high-performing Clients & Markets team.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in professional services.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience in a similar role within professional services.
- Strong project management, time management, and coordination skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and bid management experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and communicate confidently at all levels.
