Description

I am recruiting for a Senior Commercial Regulation Manager (economics) with a highly regulated business in the northern home counties.

The Senior Regulation Manager plays a lead role within the organisation in providing guidance to the business on how to operate within this new economic model and outcomes-focused approach, including being able to demonstrate evidence that supports commercial decision making and delivery of Licence Outcomes

  • Commercial Business partner providing commercial regulatory advice related to financial reporting activities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to continuously evaluate and improve reporting obligations ensuring efficiencies and streamlined reporting requirements.
  • Advise and support the development of Business Cases, including those related innovations and marketing investment, in line with best practice.

Profile

The suitable candidate:

  • Experience in commercial regulation, economic regulation, or economics gained in a regulated firm, regulator, or the civil service
  • Bright, highly analytical and intellectually agile, able to learn and manage complexity quickly.
  • High level of integrity whilst also able to successfully partner with the business in meaningful ways through building trusting relationships and connections.
  • A strong collaborator, influencer, listener, to build consensus and a constructive working relationship across the organisation.

Job Offer
