Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Compliance Manager for a 12-month FTC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to implement and maintain a secure first line of defence for the Asset Management marketing team across international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials in Europe and international markets to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory financial promotions requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a secure first line of defence for the Asset Management marketing team across international markets.
- Review marketing materials in Europe and international markets to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory financial promotions requirements.
- Manage risk management processes and procedures across marketing.
- Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Support the approval of financial promotions for Retail and Investment Professional audiences.
- Ensure compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of approving financial promotions within an Asset Manager.
- Strong background in marketing compliance.
- Good knowledge of the relevant compliance regulations across Europe.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to run meetings.
- European language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
