About the Role:

As the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing a robust content and growth marketing strategy for our client's Travel & CPS lines of business. This is a pivotal role where your leadership will drive impactful communication and engagement across various channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop & Execute Content Strategy: Design comprehensive customer communication strategies in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation of targeted materials such as case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, newsletters, and website content. Manage content calendars for consistency and timeliness.
  • Brand Positioning & Messaging: Define and maintain consistent messaging that reflects our client's brand voice and vision across all marketing materials.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns that effectively reach our target audiences.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee digital strategies, including social media and website content, to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams and coordinate with external partners for seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Measure Customer Engagement Metrics: Monitor engagement rates, customer awareness, and retention to optimise content effectiveness and satisfaction.
