Global CRM Lead - D2C

£60,000 - £75,000

3 days per week in London

A truly unique cosmetics/ skincare brand in London who have been on an incredible journey over the last 10 years are looking to add a Global CRM Lead to join their business to drive CRM & Loyalty across the UK and new markets.

Primarily their focus has been on D2C but have some amazing plans that I can share further when you apply below!

You will be responsible for managing their current platform and will optimize their automations, segment their growing customer base further and deliver personalized comms across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Reort into the Head of Growth and manage the CRM function, driving customer retention, repeat purchase, lifetime value and loyalty
  • Drive email marketing strategies, focus on automation, segmentation and personalization
  • Review CRM technology and provide strategic input to stakeholders as the company moves through a CRM transformation
  • Own and manage the brand's loyalty scheme, ensuring it is fully integrated into the CRM strategy
  • Develop initiatives to increase customer engagement with the loyalty program and track key metrics such as participation rate and lifetime value uplift
  • Manage a team of 2 and build the team further
  • Work with the broader digital team make sure all campaigns are on brand and inline with growth plans

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, ideally in a D2C environment within skincare or cosmetics
  • Experience running both CRM & Loyalty campaigns across multiple channels
  • Knowledge od subscription metrics
  • Team management experience preferable
  • Strong experience with automations, segmentation and retention
  • Customer centric, have an eye for detail and a creative flair in CRM
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
